The same time, but different values
Learning how to adjust training parameters through IFT's integrated sports training model and design safe and effective courses for members in small groups. Digging into the group atmosphere plays a key role in maintaining the adherence of member campaigns and in changing the behavior of members.
Focus on each member's demand, interesting spatial arrangement and device use, communication and teaching skills in the course are the key to improve the quality of a course.
